Orders are delivered within 7-14 working days under normal shipping conditions. Orders are delivered Monday-Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

In exceptional cases an order may take longer than usual, in which case it may take up to 21 working days to be delivered.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct order details (name, email and delivery address). If you receive your order confirmation with incomplete and/or erroneous information you should contact us immediately at indicating your #Confirmed order number and the correct delivery details. If your order has been prepared and no reply is received and because of this, the package cannot be delivered and is returned by the logistics office, the customer will bear the new shipping costs and will not have the right to cancel the product. The reshipping fee 5 GBP and there is no right to cancel the order.

The policies of the transport company are not related to our company, once received your package by the courier company, you must comply with the requirements demanded by the same. LONGOODS is not responsible in case of omission or failure on the part of the delivery company. Any termination of deliveries already made by the company must be discussed directly with the responsible company.

You have 14 days from the day you receive the order to make an exchange or a return. The 14 days for the return of a product are calculated from the day you receive it.

To initiate the return process you must write to with the information of your purchase, the reason for the return and attach photographs showing the condition of your product.

To proceed with the return, our team will provide you with the return shipping address. Under no circumstances should you return the order without knowing the address we will provide you with. If you have received an incorrect order and do not notify us within 24 hours of receipt, we will not be able to accept a return.

If a new product is defective under normal use, consumers are entitled to the legal 1-year warranty, which includes three options: exchange, repair or a voucher proportional to the amount paid to be redeemed at the store, at the consumer's choice. 

Our policy is for a period of 70 days. If you have not received your order within 70 days of your purchase, you must contact us for a refund.


Longoods is not responsible under any circumstances for any taxes, duties or customs fees that may be applied to the shipment.

We ship from China and other international countries, therefore, in many cases the delivery time will depend on the customs of each country.
